is a distinguished educator with over fifty years of experience. A graduate of Loreto House and Sophia College, she retired as Principal of La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata, where she had the honour of hosting U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Throughout her career, she served at St. Thomas’ Boys School Kolkata, St. Thomas Church School and founded Pailan World School, the first I.G.C.S.E.-affiliated school in Kolkata. As Principal of Pailan, she hosted notable dignitaries, including His Royal Highness, the Prince of Oman, Counsel General of Italy and the A.C. Milan football team. She also served as the founding principal of Taurian World School Ranchi, and Gems Cambridge International School, Punjab. After her retirement she joined the Ashok Hall Group as Director of Academics.
Currently, Mrs. Mirza is the Chairperson of London Intellectuals, Cambridge University’s first Associate Partner in India.

Mrs. Mirza has received numerous awards some of which are Mother Teresa International Award, Telegraph T2 SHE Award in the field of education and the Swami Vivekananda Excellence Award. She has authored several Mathematics and Science textbooks. Don Bosco is honoured to have Mrs. Mirza as Academic Head and Advisory Board member.

Dr. Subhas Kumar is a distinguished education leader with over 28 years of experience, including 18 years as a Principal in IB, Cambridge, and CBSE schools. Known for his assertive leadership and commitment to holistic learning, he has raised standards at institutions like Taurian World School, ranked No. 1 in Jharkhand. Dr. Kumar’s contributions have earned him numerous awards, and his passion for transforming education and empowering future generations continues to inspire educators globally.

Dr. Subhash actively supports teachers and students in achieving academic excellence through personalized guidance and effective teaching strategies.

Mr. Enrico Piperno, a distinguished tennis player and coach with over 45 years of experience, has won more than 100 national titles and represented India in prestigious international events like the Davis Cup. As the touring coach of the former world number one doubles team, Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupati, he has played a pivotal role in Indian tennis. His commitment to the sport is further highlighted by his tenure with the Indian Davis Cup and Fed Cup teams, mentoring players like Sania Mirza and shaping the careers of numerous players. We are honoured to have him as our Sports Head.

Mr. Piperno plays a key role in our students’ sports program, providing guidance and expertise to enhance their athletic development.

Mr. Rajiv Agarwal, an IIT Kharagpur alumnus (B.Tech, 2008), is a prominent figure in education, entrepreneurship, and research. Recognized as one of the top 60 entrepreneurs from South Asia by Stanford University, he participated in the Seed Transformation Program in 2019. As the founder of Edudigm, a leader in STEM education and competitive exam preparation, he has impacted over 25,000 students in 14 years. He leads EduMorphosis Teacher Training, empowering over 5,000 educators in 200+ schools, and serves as CEO of the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) Club for Schools. Additionally, he created Ai4Schools, an innovative platform for AI education, and has provided free education to over 4,000 disadvantaged students through the Pradip Scholarships program.

Mr. Rajiv prepares our students for competitive exams like Olympiads, NEET, and JEE through the Competitive Edge exam series, an aptitude-based assessment program.

Mr. Raj Shankar Das is a versatile professional excelling as a Resource Person, Quiz Master, Storyteller, Naturalist, Columnist, and Master Trainer in Quality Education. Passionate about knowledge, he has received the Governor’s Medal and represented India as a young ambassador in Sri Lanka. As a keynote speaker and jury member, he has participated in World Conferences on Quality Education across Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Mauritius. He has hosted national and international quizzes for various governmental bodies, including the Government of India and State Governments, Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, G20 Summit, ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’. and several educational bodies focusing on topics like National Integration, Literature, Science, Olympics and Wildlife. His ambition is to merge his love for teaching, storytelling, and quizzing to profoundly impact young learners.

Wing Commander Arijit Ghosh (Veteran) has had a distinguished 25-year career in the Indian Air Force, commanding four units, including the prestigious Air Force Sports Control Board. A national-level sportsman and former Ranji Trophy cricketer, he holds a Level B coaching qualification from the BCCI National Cricket Academy and serves as a BCCI Match Referee. Transitioning to sports administration, he was the Secretary of the Air Force Sports Control Board for four years, significantly contributing to elite sporting events like the Military World Games and Commonwealth Games.

Wing Commander Arijit Ghosh fosters discipline and sportsmanship in students, helping them develop both athletic skills and character.

Mr. Maloy Burman, a distinguished alumnus of IIT, IIM, JU, and HEC Paris, is the Founder and CEO of Futurite, an institute dedicated to high-quality STEM education for school students worldwide. He promotes cutting-edge technologies such as robotics, 3D printing, and Arduino to provide a comprehensive understanding of STEM subjects. By integrating these tools, he transforms the learning experience into a dynamic and engaging adventure. With a successful track record in top international schools in Dubai under the name Premier Genie, Mr. Burman’s organization continues to empower young learners with essential STEM skills.

Mr. Jasvinder Singh is the founder of Words Worth, a leading technology-driven English language learning organization. In 2006, his expertise led UNESCO to appoint him as a consultant to assess the integration of ICT in education in Bahrain. Drawing from his experience as the founding director of Designmate Technologies, Mr. Singh established the Digital English Language Lab at Words Worth.
